First we must realise who we are.
Relisation of self is most important.
What 'my ,me' mean?
What is self conscience?
THESE QUETIONS WILL BE ANSWERED ON KNOWLEDGE OF 'ATMA GANAM'
Atma Ganam is realising we live by our Atma. One is said to be a man or woman until the life is within ourselves. When the Atma or Life gets out of us, we are declared dead.
The atma is a power injected by the God Almighty at the time of birth. So, it is god given gift to us. 'I' an 'my' refers to only to our atma .
When one is dead that is when something is absent in the body though hand and legs are intact, it is called ' a body'. That something escaps the body is called Atma or life or Jeevan.
Atma is power given to us by God. That is Knowledge ofAtma Ganam.
Atma is our self caonseience, it is god within us.The Atma is always happy and worryless. When Atma is within us it is meaningless for one to worry or to be unhappy.
Mental Health & You
When your body is well, you have good physical health. When your mind is well, you have good mental health. It is important for you to learn about yourself, to understand your feelings and needs. The mentally healthy person is glad to be alive and glad to be himself. This doesn’t mean that he is always completely happy and confident. He has successes and failures, ups and downs. But he is generally hopeful about the future and is reasonably successful in meeting the every day problems of life
The mentally healthy person has an understanding of himself. He recognizes his limitations, but he likes himself and has a sense of his own worth. He accepts the fact that he is human and not perfect. Still, he tries to grow and change. He understands that it is normal to have many kinds of feelings – including anger, fear frustration and jealousy. But he also learns to control what he does about these feelings.
t is also important to realize that we can deal with feelings of shock, loneliness and grief. Time and new experience will help us, and we can
help ourselves by being patient with ourselves and riding along with our feelings instead of trying to push them away. We feel better, too, when we try to help others who are hurt and grieving.
